I'm enjoying reading the results of the challenges. Everyone seems to see gain great results!

I was wondering when you plan to do another challenge; I would love to take part in it.
Thanks !

LHDC: LOL...funny you should ask, N*Babii...I'm really considering a HYH/No Heat challenge from July until November. I'll keep you posted and thanks for reading, sis!

My hair is THIKA!!! I guess you can say it is slightly longer. also. I am going to iron tonight. I wanted to wait until the end of the challenge, but I have a hot date at the church. lol

LHDC: Make sure you take a pic if you aren't going to iron again at the end of the challenge! You did a GREAT job! Thanks for checking in!

OOOh what is roller-wraping or silk wrapping???

LHDC: Hi, Vanessa! I sent you an email with links to both an extensive roller-wrapping tutorial and a silk-wrapping tutorial. Hope these help, sis!

LOL I'm itching to use my flat iron.....pray for me ;) Give me some ways to have straight SWANGIN hair PLLEEEEEEEEEASE

LHDC: Vanessa:

STEP.AWAY.FROM.THE.FLATIRON.

Have you tired roller-wrapping or silk-wrapping? A lot of growers have great success with these methods of straightening without the use of direct heat...let me know if you need some help finding out about these methods.

Be strong, sis! We can do it!

Hey I'm in for it...the only hard thing for me is to drink more water but i see this is really good formy health. :)

LHDC: Hi, Vanessa! WELCOME TO THE CHALLENGE!!!! See, it wouldn't be a "challenge" if all the criteria were easy, y'know? I can't wait to see some of your results and hear some of your reactions when it's all said and done! GOOD LUCK, sis!!!

This sounds like a really good regimen and I think I came to this blog just in time. I will be washing and conditioning this long joyous weekend so I will def have a starting point.

LHDC: Hey, bbdgirl!!! Thanks for checking me out, sis! Good luck and welcome to Long Hair Don't Care!!!

Im in. Where do I post the picture?

LHDC: Hi, Tee! The pictures are really for your own personal documentation, however, at the end of the challenge I will ask that challengers (who are willing) to send me their before and after results so that we can have a reveal post on LHDC...Long Hair Don't Care isn't all about me and what's going on with my hair, it's also about all of us encouraging each other through pictures and personal testimonials (hence the SOM). SO, you may send me your pics via email and when the challenge is over, we can all CELEBRATE!!!

Welcome to the challenge, Tee!!! I can't wait to see your progress!!!

I'm most definitely interested. It's really got me excited! :-)

LHDC: Welcome to the challenge, MzDayDream!!! Good luck!

Hi!

I would like to join the challenge, since I'm kinda challenging myself to do it right now anyway... But, I have a question. My last pic that shows length after being pressed was taken in December, and I don't plan on using heat again until March (3 months)... would that picture be acceptable?

LHDC: Hi, Selah! Of course that will work!!! I just want you to actually see your progress...so....WELCOME TO THE CHALLENGE, SELAH!!! Good luck!!!

i am up for it too!!! Lets get it started! Should we wait till after we do a touch-up? Or can we start anytime?

offdashoulda.blogspot.com

LHDC: Hi, kboug22!! Well, it depends on how long you can wait for your touch-up...the actual challenge starts on the 19th, so if you can wait until 3/20....either way works!!! Welcome to the challenge, sis! Good luck!!!

You know what, I am up for the challenge... When do we begin?

BIA No Mo

LHDC: Hi, BIA! The challenge will run from 1/19/09 until 3/20/09...good luck and welcome to the CHALLENGE!

I am up for the challenge!
MaMa

LHDC: COOL! Let's grow! Good luck and welcome to the challenge!!!
