oh, and milk! If you like milk, that helps make the protein part a cinch! it's funny now to me: i read the labels on EVERYTHING i eat now.. and I never used to pay attention to stuff like that lol

Hey I'm back, sorry it's been so long!

The protein is not hard because I heart peanut butter, cashews, chicken thighs and eggs.

I don't really like the way I look with the twists in my head, but I figure it's a sacrifice... and I'm cute anyway!! lol

but the only thing I'm struggling with this water intake! I super dislike having to leave my classes to use the restroom over and over.

I've been doing washes once a week... and I'm thinking about adding a Bentonite Clay treatment to my regimen... and I use coconut oil and shea butter as my moisturizers...

So far, so good =)

LHDC: Hi, Selah!!! You've not been away that long! I'm glad to hear you are doing well with the challenge, too! YES! Peanut butter! I'm adding that to my protein regimen! Thanks, girl! I had not even thought of that one :)

Great Idea with the checking in.... I unfortunately skip a few days of the protein minimum. I forget or just miss the mark. But everything else is going great. :-)

LHDC: Hi, MzDayDream! The protein minimum is the toughest thing for me to do, too, since I have to make myself think about what I'm eating and how many grams of protein it has. The other things are pretty much automatic for me. But that protein...UGH! I went and bought myself a whey protein supplement to take 4 days a week so that I know that I will make the 20 grams regardless!

Good job, sis! Thanks for checking in!!!

LHDC Ive had my hair up but I left my ends out. My bun is high up my ends arent rubbing on anything. I this considered protective styling?

LHDC: Hi, Tee! I'm inclined to say no that this isn't protective styling while others would disagree with me...a protective style is one that protects the ends from the elements, environment and the air. So, tuck them ends under, girl! If you don't like the way you look with your hair like that, just protect them (your ends) when you are at home. Hope that helps and thanks for checking in!!!
