The Hide Your Hair/No Heat Challenge will run on LHDC from Sunday, July 12, 2009 until Sunday, November 22, 2009 and the rules are simple, you must hide the length of your hair in the protective style of your choice and there will be ZERO heat passes for this challenge. CHALLENGERS MAY NOT USE DIRECT HEAT FOR THE DURATION OF THE CHALLENGE. Of course you must take a start pic and a pic when the challenge ends for comparison.
That's it!
Optional rules are to consume at least 20 grams of protein in one meal for 4 days out of the week AND eat 4 or more servings of fruit and veggies for 5 days out of the week. (yes I know that the reccommended daily allowance is 5 servings...)

I've been apart of the challenge so far! It's safe to say that I'm experience a lot of growth! I'm unsure how much growth because I'm experiencing some shrinkage but I'll be getting a relaxer around the time this challenge is over so i'll be able to let you all know

is a hood dryer considered direct heat? i'm in the process of prepooing my hair and need to know if it's a bad idea to roller set.
