But since my first treatment a few months ago, I've changed my "recipe"
Here's what I use:
- Approximately 100 grams of henna
- 10 drops each rosemary, peppermint <<<my husband HATES the peppermint oil smell. he says it burns his eyes
>>> and tea tree essentail oil
- About 1 tablespoon honey
About 1 cup of moisturizing conditoner
Instead of letting the mixture sit overnight, I "bake it" wrapped in a heating pad for several hours <<<I don't do this anymore. I apply it imediately>>>and then sleep in it. I'm considering adding indigo to my mix so that my hair stains darker.

I Love Henna too, I just did my second treatment, my hair is Apple Red! I love it. Don't know if my hair is stronger but I can say the newgrowth is softer. I am transitioning and before Henna there was breakage between textures. After henna there is a clean transition.
