Long hair can be a pain to grow out but you can change your appearance quickly with wigs.
I must admit LHDC i haven't read all of the articles yet. I've only been lurking on your site for a few months and am working on studying EVERYTHING you put up here (i have post-it notes lol). But i digress.
I think the first article on natural hair care was titled "Exercising and 'our' natural hair" by PinkSkates off the Kissmyhair.com website. Great website btw (not as good as yours though. lol) hope i got it right
