How do you do the baking soda rinse, when clarifying?
LHDC: After further research, I no longer use OR recommend using baking soda in your hair.
LHDC: Hi, Jazel!!! I add one tablespoon of baking soda to every 8 oz of warm water and pour the mixture over my hair; let it sit for a few and then rinse. Thanks for reading, hun!Posted by: jazel smith | September 29, 2009 at 07:45 AM
Hey LHDC! do you mind sharing what you consider your hair legnth to be at this point?
LHDC: I don't mind at all! At my last length check my hair was grazing BSL for the most part and about now I believe most of my strands are full BSL creeping toward MBL. I'll update in December and hopefully I'll be MBL!
