no problemo...i did the same thing not to long ago...lazy hair care...just kept it protected...i did trim...unwillingly...i will defiently keep you posted...oh yeah...i love this blog!!!

Hi LHDC...I like the chocolate lady..she says fun...lets grow some hair...what ya'll up to...that kind of innocent stuff...i like the purple but i like the chocolate lady more...when are we gonna get some hair pics...please...:)

LHDC: LIMAH!!! How you gon' call me out like that LOL I know I suck. I shoulda BEEN posted updates! I could go all into a long drawn out sob story...but I'm not...the honest truth is that I fell off my hair game the second half of the year. I mean just straight up! I plain did NOTHING to my hair. Went weeks w/o washing it...I was NOT feeling ANYTHING hair...I mean NOTHING! I slacked on posting and I slacked on by reggie (that's not to say that I've not obtained any growth...who knows...I sho' hope that I have!).

So, I basically took a modified hiatus from all things hair from about July 2009 until the end of the year. I didn't take vits or anything. The only thing I did do was keep my hair protected.

But now that I've made it through that rough spot in my journey, I will be more regular about updating. Four times a year is a lot, but I will make a concerted effort to keep my loyal readers updated (I'm REALLY more concerned with seeing Y'ALL's progress hint-hint).

I wasn't going to do a length check until I felt I hit MBL, but I think it would be fair to pencil in a length check in March or April...

For real though, Lima, thanks for noticing, and for keeping me commited to all of you and LHDC. *big hug*

WOW! I am surprised how many of you liked the chocolate woman with the long hair!!! I'll have to ask her if she wants to come back LOL Personally, I'm digging the simplicity of the new lay-out. It seems just, so...I don't know...less busy and more reader friendly...
