Just like the curly haired woman, a gal with an Afro is proud of her natural locks and doesn’t seek to change it. It’s a strong, bold ’do, probably worn by a woman with the same qualities.

Have y'all seen this?  Part of me loves the idea but another part of me is a tad unconfortable with the whole "natural hair craze".  What do you think?

 

Topic of the day: The Joico K-Pak Vapor Iron | a flat iron you can put conditioner in!

So the folks over at Joico have come up with an iron that may give the MaxiGlide a run for its money!  The K-Pak Vapor Iron has a chamber on it that you can acutallay put conditioner in it!  The idea is that you are infusing your hair with conditioning agents WHILE you are flat ironing your hair. 

That sounds about right...the heat from the iron will have your cuticules WIDE open so no better time to inject conditioner into you strands, right?
