CATAROGOS COUNTY, New York – The Kataraugus County Police Department is investigating a 4×4 accident that resulted in one being dispatched to hospital and another killed on Sunday morning.
Representatives say a 63-year-old man and his 43-year-old son were operating a four-wheeler cart on their property on Miller Hill Road in Ishwa town when the accident occurred.

The son was taken to Erie County Medical Center by Mercy Flight due to his injuries. The death of the father was announced at the scene of the accident.
No charges were filed at this time.
