Buffalo, New York – A judge has ruled in favor of western New York restaurant owners who filed a lawsuit against the state.
These restaurants, which are currently in the orange zone rankings, will be able to reopen under the yellow zone restrictions. This means that it will allow food to be eaten inside.
“The court concluded that all the parties named in the amended petition filed on January 8 are permitted under this act under the restrictions of the yellow zone,” the judge’s decision says.
