One person hospitalized after Lewiston fire

Lewiston Fire Company No. 1 assisted two other local fire units.

Lewiston, New York – One person has been hospitalized after a building fire in Lewiston, according to the Upper Mountain Fire Company.

At about 11 p.m. on Saturday, crews from Lewiston Fire No.1 responded to a fire in the 800 block from Orchard Drive in Lewiston. Upper Mountain Fire and Youngstown Volunteer Fire Company assisted with the call.

The Upper Mountain Fire Company posted on its Facebook page shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday that one person from the scene had been taken to Mount St. There is no update on this person’s status at this time.
