ORCHARD PARK, NY (WIVB) – The rage over the restrictions of the new orange zone has turned into a moment of tension inside the Orchard Park gymnasium.
Robby Dinero of Athletes Unleashed helped organize a protest with other business owners who are upset that they will have to temporarily close again because case numbers are soaring in Erie County.
In this video circulating on social media, you can see that during a gathering of the Erie County Sheriff’s Office they arrived with someone from the County Health Department.
The owner did not want them on his property, so a group of them forced them out.
News 4 reached the Erie County Health Department on Saturday, and officials say they will talk about this on Monday.

The owner has temporarily closed the ‘Divorced Athletes’ program and is following state guidelines, but says he will continue protesting.
News 4 has reached the Erie County sheriff’s office, but they were unable to provide us with comment at this time.
